Human Touch Novo XT is one of the most feature-rich chairs by Human Touch, company that is delivering quality products for four decades. Despite its long history, NovoXT is the first chair that can compete with models from Luraco and Osaki.

Also this is an advance chair, it is good to remember that this chair is made in China, but engineering and design input is provided by the engineers in USA in Long Beach, CA.

This one of the several models we can recommend to tall people. Considering that it specs shows that it can hold someone as tall as 6’7″.

In this case, your neck may remain un-massaged so to speak. Still, it will fit perfectly in your neck area if you are under 6’4″.

Let's mention that if you are into the design kind of aspect - this is a beautifully designed chair, subjectively the most aesthetically appealing chairs we ever came across.

This chair is manufacture and produces in China (Rongtai Factory) - the same factory as some of the Infinity chairs.

It is a quiet chair, but not as quite as Luraco i7 (the best in 2018 in our reviews, click here to read).

Chair equipped with mechanical foot rollers. You can adjust a speed of those rollers, which is a nice touch. And it is still kind of hard on your foot; you can use included foot pads for a less intense experience.

Also, it comes with foot airbags.

Some airbags will grab your heel and hold it during a massage, while other airbags will push the foot across the rollers. You can adjust the intensity of airbags to your liking.

Arm airbag material is equipped with rubber nobles that will hold your arm in place, so it does not slip out anywhere when airbags inflate. Arm massage is one of the best we experienced among chairs we reviewed.

Body scan technology of the Novo XT is not actually auto determine your heights and shoulder width. Screen with body chart will let you choose a number from 1 to 9. One will represent the smaller body and 9 - the tallest body.

Anytime during the massage program, you can adjust the roller height if you missed it the first time around.

Neck massage is pretty amazing in this chair. Considering that most chair (even good ones) are lacking in this category. You can also adjust the depths for more or less intense massage experience.

Novo XT provides excellent glutes massage thanks to its advanced L-track system. 3D settings will allow you to change and adjust intensity for a comfortable butt massage.

It is a heated chair for the best massage, but unfortunately, you can not adjust the heat intensity. Compare it to Luraco chair that can provide5 levels of heat intensity.

Stretch program is also right on this model. Please note that because this is an L-track chair, it will not compete for horizontal recline, so stretch might not be as good as on S-track chairs.

You also need to know that this chair is a younger step-brother of Infinity Iyashi, as it’s made in the same factories as Iyashi.

In fact, if you’ve seen Iyashi, you would realize that they have many things in common like remote control look, L-track (NovoXT’s track is shorter, but it has 3D rollers), sliding base that enables space-saving feature, hip twist feature and Bluetooth speakers.

Let's not talk about the quality of the speakers, but it is definable something to be improved by Human Touch.

The most significant drawback is that it’s made in China. But if you remember that it’s manufactured under the name of Human Touch with excellent customer support and rare 5-year full warranty - it should give you some piece of mind.

Another drawback of this chair is that it’s heavy and bulky. But that’s a price you need to pay to have fully assembled chair with space saving feature.

The speakers’ sound quality of Human Touch’s chair is inferior to Luraco iRobotics 7, and it has week body detection system. You need to choose appropriate user’s height program manually. Plus, NovoXT can’t adjust strength in automatic programs that could be inconvenient for many.

It’s a runner-up to iRobotics7 (full review) due to a lower level of customization it can provide, an absence of seat and feet heat, lack of body detection technology, and Chinese assembly.

But it is a winner in space-saving cool modern design with availability in a broader range of colors and great warranty.
