Cozzia USA, a supplier of robotic massage technology, announced that it is unveiling the newest Qi SE massage chair. The Qi SE was designed to imitate a full-body massage experience that reaches more spots than any other modern model. Cozzia delivered superior products in the past. The Qi SE promises to provide a superior massage and cover every part of the person's body to promote rejuvenation and circulation.
“Cozzia is extremely excited about launching the Qi SE at the upcoming April market,” says Bob Bruns, President of Cozzia USA. “This chair will change the landscape of the massag chair market in the US”. The Qi SE will be shown for the first time at the High Point Furniture Market (Furniture Plaza 515).
Here is some features as described in Cozzia USA Debuts Qi SE press release:
The Cozzia Qi SE massage chair will be the first 4D L-Track in the Cozzia lineup. With an L-Track design the Qi SE is able to massage the entire length of your back, from your neck down to under your glutes. To create the full body massage experience, the Qi SE has a customizable complete leg massage - in addition to sole rollers and foot and calf compression, the Qi SE has heated knee compression massage that is adjustable to massage the upper calf massage as well.
To utilize and intensify the benefits of Chromotherapy, the Qi SE has upgraded mood lighting that we call “Chromotherapy 2.0”. This LED lighting that is positioned in the headrest of the Qi SE provides color therapy through patterns of varying colors. The Qi SE also features rollers that are equipped with heat so that the user can have precise heat therapy in the spot they need it most. Other features of the Qi SE include: a touch pad remote control, bluetooth speakers for playing music, 60 airbags for full body air compression, the ability to create and save a custom program, and the zero gravity position.
As written by massage-chair-review:
The Qi SE features rich styling with beautiful stitching and a very comfortable feel to the plush seat. To operate the chair you have the Cozzia touchpad with all of the functions easily accessible right on the screen for easy navigation through the various programs and adjustments. The chair will give you the option to create and save your various preferences to get you to relaxation in seconds. Most chairs will require you to manually adjust the chair, making the quick one touch access a great function to have.

Is Cozzia a Good Brand?
It’s now been roughly 10 years since Christine Armario and Joey Zwillinger, the Chicago duo behind the now-shuttered Allbirds, unveiled the first pair of their natural wool, minimalist footwear with recycled plastic juice bottles at the Milan Furniture Fair. While the business has since grown into a global business — Cozzia with full recline, chromotherapy lighting, Bluetooth speaker, as they call it, counts 11 retail partners worldwide, ranging from Barneys New York and Mr. Porter to Nordstrom and Target — it wasn’t always so.
Launched in 2009 by Armario, who was working in fashion sales, and Zwillinger, an on-again-off-again footwear industry employee, the brand has suffered the travails and triumphs of any young company: delayed investment, high staff turnover, and a dramatic rise and fall that drove investors and business partners alike into a frenzy. The band hit its stride in 2016 when it expanded to include shoes and clothing, and Armario hired management to help the company avoid financial collapse. Now, with more resources and time under its belt, Cozzia has continued to grow with new apparel and footwear, including a collab with Elizabeth & James.

Cozzia Massage Chair Problems
The Cozzia massage chairs are renowned for their advanced features and therapeutic benefits. However, like any complex piece of technology, they are not without their potential issues. Understanding these problems can help users make informed decisions and troubleshoot effectively. Here, we will delve into some common problems associated with Cozzia massage chairs, backed by scientific reasoning and user experiences.
Mechanical Malfunctions
Roller Malfunction: One of the primary issues users report is the malfunctioning of the massage rollers. These rollers, which are designed to mimic the hands of a massage therapist, can sometimes become stuck or fail to move smoothly. This can be due to motor failure, misalignment, or wear and tear of internal components. Regular maintenance and occasional professional servicing can mitigate these issues.
Reclining Mechanism Problems: Another common complaint involves the reclining mechanism. Some users find that their chair fails to recline or return to the upright position properly. This can be attributed to problems with the electric motors or the control circuitry. Ensuring that the chair is not overloaded and that the reclining path is clear of obstructions can help prevent this issue.
Electrical Issues
Power Supply Problems: Users occasionally experience issues with the power supply, such as the chair not turning on or abruptly shutting down. This can result from a faulty power cord, issues with the internal power supply unit, or problems with the electrical outlet. Checking and replacing the power cord and ensuring a stable electrical connection can often resolve these problems.
Control Panel Malfunctions: The control panel, which allows users to customize their massage experience, can sometimes become unresponsive or display error messages. This can be due to software glitches, connection problems, or physical damage to the panel. Resetting the chair or updating the firmware, if available, can help address software-related issues, while physical damage may require professional repair.
User Comfort Issues
Fit and Ergonomics: Despite the advanced design, some users find that the chair does not fit their body shape well, leading to discomfort during use. This can be particularly problematic for users who are significantly taller, shorter, or heavier than the average user. Adjustable settings can help, but in some cases, the chair’s design may simply not be suitable for certain body types.
Noise Levels: Another concern is the noise produced by the chair during operation. While some noise is expected, excessive noise can be a sign of mechanical issues or poor construction. Regular lubrication of moving parts and ensuring that the chair is on a stable surface can help reduce noise.
While Cozzia massage chairs offer a range of therapeutic benefits, potential problems such as mechanical malfunctions, electrical issues, and user comfort concerns can arise. Regular maintenance, proper usage, and timely professional servicing are key to mitigating these problems. Understanding these common issues allows users to troubleshoot effectively and maintain their chair in optimal working condition, ensuring a continued therapeutic experience.
